SERVICES PROVIDED

Crusherslab QA provides software quality assurance and testing services to clients. The exact services will be determined by the client's needs and specified in the project scope.

PROJECT SCOPE

The project scope will be defined by the client and Crusherslab QA at the beginning of the project. It will include the project timeline, the testing services to be provided, and any other relevant details.

PAYMENT TERMS

Crusherslab QA will invoice the client according to the payment terms specified in the project scope. Payment must be received by the due date specified in the invoice. Late payments may result in additional fees and delayed project completion.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Crusherslab QA will not disclose any confidential information of the client to third parties without the client's written consent. The client acknowledges that Crusherslab QA may need to access confidential information to perform its testing services.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The client retains all rights to its intellectual property. Crusherslab QA will not claim ownership of any intellectual property developed by the client.

WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

Crusherslab QA will perform its services with reasonable care and skill. If Crusherslab QA fails to provide the agreed-upon services, the client's sole remedy will be to have Crusherslab QA re-perform the services. Crusherslab QA will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages.

TERMINATION

Either party may terminate the project at any time upon written notice. The client will be responsible for any services provided up to the date of termination.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms of service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Crusherslab QA is located.

AMENDMENTS

Crusherslab QA may amend these terms of service at any time upon written notice to the client. The client's continued use of Crusherslab QA's services will constitute acceptance of the amended terms.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These terms of service constitute the entire agreement between the client and Crusherslab QA and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
